Iraq Withdrawal?

Last week Rep. Lynn Woosley (D-CA) put forth an amendment on the Pentagon Budget bill calling for a exit strategy from Iraq. The amendment failed by a 128-300 vote but it did stir up some debate. Funny how I didn't see any media coverage of this.

since Jim Cooper is my representative I will be writing an email asking him why he did not vote yes. It's about time we had a exit strategy.
